My first attempt at herbal teas. I made four different blends: Island Hibiscus made with hibiscus and ginger; Hug Me blended with licorice, fennel and anise; Toast the Moon with st. john's wort, rosemary, lemon balm, scullcap, lemon peel and catnip; and The Happy Lemon a zesty blend of lemon peel, lemon verbena, lemon balm, lemon grass and roobios. I love the little boxes - perfect gifts!
